This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations, refunds, and shipping for both domestic and international customers.
All our products are handcrafted by traditional weavers making each product unique and different.
An irregular weaver, print or stitch should not be considered as a defect as handcrafted products will not show uniform consistency like a machine made product.
All sarees and readymade garments are made of delicate thread work and we recommend dry wash only.
Any dispute arising out of use of our website or products or any business with us is subject to laws of India only.
Our website contains materials which is owned or licensed to us. This material includes, but are not limited to the design, layout, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms the part of these terms and condition.
Domestic Orders (Within India)
Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within
1 day of order confirmation.
To cancel, please call or write to us as per the details in the section “Contact us.”
Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 4 to 6 business days.
Shipping Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2 days after order placement.
For customized and made to order products, the shipping time will be communicated before the order is placed.
Unless requested by the customer, all our domestic shipments are through India Posts Speed Post.
Returns: After receiving the product, cancellations are not accepted unless the product is damaged. Returns are only accepted if the product tag is intact and the product is unused. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product.
The customer should return the damaged product
Shipping Charges: No shipping charges for all domestic orders
International Orders (Outside India)
Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 1 day of order confirmation.

Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 4 to 6 business days.
Shipping Time: Shipping time for international orders will be communicated to the customer based on information provided by the courier company. We will make every effort to provide you with the most accurate estimate.
Based on the shipping location, the best available courier is selected. The customer consent is taken before finalizing the courier company.
Orders are typically shipped within 2 days after order placement. For customized and made to order products, the shipping time will be communicated before the order is placed.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for international orders are extra and will be calculated based on actual costs. These charges will be communicated to you before shipment.
Returns & Cancellations: No returns or cancellations are accepted once an international order has been shipped.

We take the shipping address and contact telephone number of our clients to ship the product. We promise that this data is not shared to anyone.
We take your consent before sending our marketing emails or WhatsApp messages to you.
We have put in place a robust process that no one in the organization can access or download the customer data.
